Having a top dressing layer that is breathable will ensure that your soil remain ventilated as compared to non breathable white pebbles, you will also have something heavy to weigh down your soil so it wouldn’t get everywhere on a windy day.

Made up of mostly inorganic alminosicilate, it is mostly harmless and non-toxic.

Each stone is approximately 3mm to 5mm in size

We’re still constantly updating and improving it!

Our soil contains peat moss with added rocks and minerals like: perlite, vermiculite, river washed gravel, volcanic lava rock, pumice and aluminosilicate, to prevent the soil from clumping up and to aid in ventilation. We have also added small amounts of rooting powder, carbendazim and trace amounts of NPK fertilizer.
