Where is your shop?

Our shop is at Geylang East Ave 3, Block 1014, 389729, #05-220 (2 mins walk from Paya Lebar Mrt Exit C)

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday:

12.30pm – 3pm and 4pm- 7pm

Saturday:

12pm – 3pm and 4pm to 6pm

Sunday:

By appointment only

Please avoid 3pm to 4pm as that is our lunch hour.

 

Do you do potting services?

Yes we do! But we have a standing policy of not working with plants bought from other vendors in order to prevent soil contamination and spread of diseases.

If I have my own pots can I bring it in for potting?

Sure! But do make sure they are cleaned, washed and free of soil first okay?

Can I get a refund if my plants die?

Plants are considered perishable goods so we do not have a return policy at the moment. However if your plant withers or dies within 10 days we will be able to do a 1 to 1 exchange! We also have a plant hospital in our shop if you need us to help you care for a sick plant.

Do you deliver?

Yes we do!

Yes we do deliver. Delivery fee is $6 per location for barerooted plants (without pots and soil) as of now. So we will really reccomend all beginners to drop by our shop, so that we can assist with the potting and selection of plants. 😁

If you require delivery of potted plants it will be $12 per location. There will be free delivery for individual orders above $100.

My Corporate and Event order is above $100 will i get free delivery too?

Unfortunately no, due to the large volume of plants and pots we oftentime need to arrange for transport vehicles and delivery personnel instead of using the standard couriers.

You can however opt for self-collection if you do not wish to pay the $40 delivery fee.
